  • Our jaggery plant is situated in Karad, district Satara
  • We use selected variety of sugar cane which are grown on basin of River Krishna & River Konya.
  • This special variety grown in this region gives Deccan Organic jaggery natural sweet taste & natural color to jaggery that why our jaggery taste different.

 

Precaution in process

 

  • We at Deccan Organic are fully aware of the medicinal and culinary importance that jaggery holds in the Indian cuisine.
  • While manufacturing of jaggery, we take special precaution that after harvesting sugarcane it should be crush before 8 hrs., so that it maintains all its natural property.
  • All equipment & Machinery use in manufacturing is made from stainless steel.
  • We use ladyfinger stem & lime to extract impurities while manufacturing.
  • All process is closely monitor so that product which is been manufacture is of best quality.
