About this item
- A2 PURE GHEE: The natural milk derived from cows is A2 milk. A2 is a variety of beta-casein proteins available in milk. Our pure ghee is made with 100% butter sourced from grass-fed cows in Indian farms.
- PURE ORGANIC GHEE: it’s made by simmering butter over low heat and separating the milk solids as they form. The result is a creamy spread. Ghee is a morning breakfast staple, used as a spread on parathas.
- BENEFITS: Pure desi cow ghee is said to have anti-inflammatory qualities and is used to treat swellings and burns. It has been a part of Ayurvedic medicine. Ghee is a good fat for lactose intolerant.
