Branded Products Sale & Distribution Policy

1. When your Product are Sold on "Online Thirdparty Platform" & Pickup is from Our Premises:-

  • Our Margin will be 10% on MRP inclusive of GST (Exclusive of Thirdparty Platform Margin).
  • Shortlisted Products will be sent to our Warehouse on SOR Basis (Sale or Return) and payment will be on Sales.
  • Montly Sales Sheet will be shared with the Brand by 10th of Consecutive Month & payments will be transferred by 15th of that Month.
  • Everyday Inventory Sheet will be Shared / Visible to you, this will give transparency of Sales Data & also help in taking proactive steps to send more Inventory of Fast Moving SKU's to avoid Sale Loss due to Out of Stock Inventory.
  • Brand can analyse & shortlist fast moving SKU's and send us the Inventory for First time.
  • Replacement or Credit Note to be Issued for Transport Damage / Thirdparty Unsaleable Returns / Expired Goods / Packing Damage.

2. Modern Trade / Mini Super Market / Direct Sale to Online Platform where Delivery to their Store / Warehouse is involved:-

  • Our Margin will be 15% on MRP inclusive of GST (Exclusive of Thirdparty Margin).
  • Products will be dispatched as per PO [Purchase Order] issued from them and Payment Terms to Brand will be 35 Days from Inwarding Date to Buyer's Store / Warehouse.
  • Everyday Inventory Sheet will be Shared / Visible to you, this will give transparency of Sales Data & also help in taking proactive steps to send more Inventory of Fast Moving SKU's to avoid Sale Loss due to Out of Stock Inventory.
  • Only SKU's as per PO will be ordered from Brand & kept in Stock.
  • Sampling Material Cost to be Borne by Brand or Replacement of Stock used for Sampling after Brand's Approval to be sent by Brand.
  • Marketing and Promotion Cost like Salesman, Flyers, Social Media Promotions, Online Promotions etc. can be considered by Brand as decided mutually.
  • Replacement or Credit Note to be Issued for Transport Damage / Expired Goods / Packing Damage.
